Jesse Sims

From what I'm told, the kid is the second coming of triple sport phenom Mark Gillman from Kallispel in the early 90's (other than the fact he isn't a guard). He is a D1 hoops prospect, and a regular on the AAU circuit (plays on out of state teams). He held his own as a 6'4" Frosh for Stevi on a team that featured several talented upper classmen. Don't know much about his football skills. Legend has it that the parents of opposing teams in his 6th grade Pop Warner football league said their teams would forfeit if Jesse the then 6 foot+, 165# 12 year old man child was allowed to play..... Has a sister that's a great hoops player 6'3" or more, would be a nice pick up for Selvig if she doesn't have dreams of playing for a bigger program.

Isn't she already ON the Lady Griz? :? :?

Maybe the kids parents are morons. If that's the case they will eventually ruin the kid and all the rest of the kids will catch up to him physically. I've seen man Childs like him totally flop between HS and College. Hope this kids folks don't ruin him, better yet hope this kids Folks grow the "F" up.

Hokeyfine is just a crybaby. These parents are good people, and the kids are like any other kids, they just happen to be good athletes, and students, and outstanding citizens. Hokeyfine=sore looser

HAHA :clap: sorry, my kids graduated some time ago, all state athletes i might add proudly. my info comes from parents on the inside. i think the sims kids are great athletes, hope they have fun despite the pressure.

Well you need some new information sources then before you go flapping your jaw. My information comes from being part of this family. Keep your trap shut about things you know absolutely nothing about other than your second, third or fourth hand so called info. You sound more jealous than anything.

Dominate is how most of fam back in Stevi describes his play. He is good B-Ball but said in several articles he would prefer to play Football. Above article shows he has got a lot of peoples attention.

He loves all sports. Even considered soccer (HS) this year instead of football. Likes fishing about as much as anything. Out of FB this year with hand injury. Should be fine for BB. Note that last year and this Stevi has a much better Boys BB team that they did football. The FB interest in him comes from his travels and camps not HS stats. Who knows where his road leads? He surely doesn't. One step at a time.

Same as when I was in HS. As long as they beat Hamilton in football. Go Jackets and Go Griz
