Jesse Ginn leaves the team

I don't know the family or Ginn. I am not going to speculate on why he left. If he said for personal reasons, then I believe him. JBS, I think your proximity to the family might be coloring your opinion. He did look all world for fits and spurts, but he would also disappear at times. And yes, this was when he was playing. He was showing flashes of what he could be. The word has always been that he is a huge talent, but relied on that talent and could not take the next step to be great. I hoped next year was that year, but other things came up. I wish him the best. Good luck Jesse. Once a griz always a griz.

JBS, My thoughts on Ginn have nothing to do with me being a journalist. The Griz aren't a fulltime beat for me. I also really don't care who likes or doesn't like me, I was merely saying I don't see why Ginn would have to make something up in order to quit the team. But if what you say is true, that he has intended to quit the football team since early in the season, and that he doesn't have a family issue, you just basically outed him on a public message board. I'm sure his family will appreciate that.
Not saying there isn't a family issue, i know there is, but I am saying that leaving the team would not be in the cards had things gone better. Watch film of when he was in games, and then tell me either DT deserved the spot over him.

I don't out people, I observe. And if what you say doesn't have anything to do with you being a journalist, don't mention what you hear in press conferences or interviews. Give your take on what you hear, not recaps. I don't care what other people think about me, either, because facts are too busy being true to care about what people think about them. Our coach may be a nice guy, but he is a shitty coach.

I get defending the kid if you know the family, but to imply that he should have started ahead of Bienneman or Takai is ludicrous. You need to take off the Ginn-colored glasses....the kid's got potential, but that might as well be a four letter word given the number of kids who roll through the program and never REACH theirs.

JBS has been telling lies since he came on the board. I wouldn't and don't believe anything he says.
PlayerRep wants to be a woman, just like his dear papa. He'll dress in womens clothing, and hang out in the bars.

Now this just sucks. Makers has been my whiskey of choice for years, but this sucks. Let the Japanese corner the market on saki or some shit like that, but leave my Makers alone! I guess JD is alright, but not the same. What should I do?

You are VERY welcome.............................

What I meant to say was thank you kindly. Locally or is this stuff hard to find?

It's easy to get in Texas, find a guy that can get it for you, buy some ($40ish)....drink it. Admire how it's better than Crown and Pendleton.......drink some more........then repeat.

Can't get the map to work on their site (Where to find it near me) Maybe it's just not up here. They do have links to some good red dirt music though. Will have Texas clan bring up some bottles in August....along with my 6 cases of Shiner.

This.

I am not sure what happened for Jesse, his family, or team. I do know when we were coaching him in baseball, football was his passion and life. Basketball and baseball were something he did to fill a void that was it. I remember how committed he was to football even during the summer. I am sure whatever the reason, It is a damn good reason. For the record, I hope the option is left open to returning as a GRIZ. I think Jesse and his family need to know, whatever the reason, GRIZ NATION supports them. I do hope we know more details soon.

Pendleton is an example of a marketing scam. It's cheap canadian whiskey shipped to Oregon. It's stored in a wood barrel for a short time and has a little vanilla added. However if it floats your boat, more power to you. I'm a big fan of Makers like many on this board. Cheers !! :thumb:

Neversweat whiskey distilled in Butte is as good if not a little better than Jim Beam.IMO.
