Meaning that both Cooper Sprunk (6'4" 250 lbs) and Mike Ralston (6'6" 245 lbs), both redshirt freshmen, are considered adequate back-up TEs to Mitch Saylor? Perhaps. If for anything I hope they can block well.
He played tackle at Glacier but moved to TE at Lewis and Clark cus he was so light. He must have some athletic ability to try it although he didn't catch any passes(if he even had any thrown at him), he did have 2 special teams tackles. I'm guessing they think Gerber can beef him up some. He's got a good frame for it.BWahlberg said:I'd heard some good things about Thiebes at tackle, he impressed the coaches and some players too.
