Is the Big Sky Commissioner Tom Wistrcill an idiot?

Of course he's an idiot.

Fortunately, this has the administration seriously exploring a move. When UM leaves this conference, it's dead in the water, and Wistrcill will be the proud commish of a DII league, which certainly appears to be more his level of competence.

He apparently doesn’t realize that it’s not good for commissioner to offend the fans and school of the top program in the conference. And to make himself look stupid and unaware.

Serious question: what are the benefits for UM from being in the big sigh? It seems to be a one-way street where the Big Sky Conference gets paid and takes cuts from its schools but does little in return to support its members. "No taxation without representation!" The joke of the recent "strategic plan" just further solidifies how useless this conference is.

Good cameras are cheap. Big Sky Conference quit being cheap asses and get more cameras, get better camera angles, and make reviews accurate.
What's the point of having reviews when the officials can't get accurate and correct calls.

What's the point of having reviews when the officials can't get accurate and correct calls.

The conference replay official has access to all of the tv cameras. In the SS game, there were more cameras because of the game being on ESPN2.

Could have lived with an admission of a blown call and an insincere "we'll do better" speech. I'm one of the very few POC's posting on egriz. What garizzalies said was perfectly okay. Even if it wasn't, I give him a pass. Saying white guys is certainly fine, and especially as a joke. He's a terrific poster.

The Griz were good and better than the Cats last year. Griz clobbered the Cats. Cats embarrassed themselves and conference in Frisco. Griz have been 3 seasons in row now.

Let’s bet $250 on Griz-Cat now. Cats have to have one of their 2 QB’s; Griz have to have Johnson.

The Griz were better in one game. The Cats had the better season thus making it to the NC. Unfortunately, the Cats had the same problem with a not very good back-up QB in Rovig (when Mellot when down on the first series), like the Griz this year. I never bet on Cat-Griz as anything can happen. This year it will be two very good teams.

Do you still think Sam Houston State was way better than James Madison? Was South Dakota State still better than Washington? I’m guessing yes since you still think the Bobcats were better than the Griz. They did t play the same teams, playoff run is irrelevant.

I am not defending him in this instance, but name any sports commissioner that actually played. I can't think any NFL/MLB/NHL or NBA Commissioner that actually ever played in their respective leagues.
