It will be interesting to see if Weber can recover from this absolute demoralizing ass whooping. Not only because of the score but also because they lost 5 of their top players to injuries. That also doesn't show up in any stat list.

Good win yes, but most certainly not dominating. 3rd conversions were just 2-10, and the stats were actually in Webers favor in regards to many of them.

Special teams did very well, but without their assists and 2 big plays, this game wouldve been scary close.

Griz are also playing for seeding. A 35-3 win looks better to many than a 35-16 win. If you are an outsider, you see the boxscore and score, and dominating would not be the first thought in their mind because they never saw the game.

When the Griz win next week they'll get the #3 seed, #4 at worst. But I have no doubt you'll find something to bitch about.

Disagree. Anyone looking at the box score would see it was 35-3 after 3 quarters. As Bobby noted in his post-game interview, Weber “drove 90 yards on our freshman to score 7.” If the Griz win next week, they get a 3 or 4 seed. They won’t go higher without a NDSU or JMU loss.

In recent years you could argue whether the Griz had the on-field talent to win but to me there was no way to argue about in-game coaching. It was poor. Predictable play calling, questionable personnel decisions, etc. This year there is none of that. When the Griz lineup, I am mostly pleasantly surprised by the play calls, both offense and defense. Certainly the execution is not always there and the calls aren’t always successful but the coaches have really stepped up their game and giving the players much better chances at success.

EDIT: And that isn’t just a shot at Stitt. There is even significant progress from last year.

I liked Stitt's potential, but he disappointed in the execution. I would say that Stitt did a good job recruiting, but Bobby has done a great job in developing.
