It's very reminiscent of the Steinbrenner era Yankees. He paid what every it took to win a pennant. This is the "culture" of NDSU. "You need more money for a trophy? Ya sure you betcha them boosters they'll pony up."
There are other FCS programs following suit but I choose the bison because they are closest, easiest to follow, and their fans are the most obnoxious but easiest to troll
NDSU "culture" among others are polluting the FCS.

It’s the FCS programs who aren’t electing to invest in their programs…..they are the ones to blame for the polluting of the FCS.

Well, when the series has a 31 game gap between the actual Football program and the lesser known not really thought of doormat, that 16 game streak does stand out.
