Having talent is obviously important but so is coaching. No matter how many times egrizers say that Delaney held the Griz program together, and maybe he did, his coaching left a lot to be desired. Maybe Eastern wins the BSC the last few years anyway, but Delaney certainly didn't help matters IMO.
