Ifanse is hurt

I remember a Lex Hillard that was battered and bruised, heading into Griz Cat his senior year. He went on to bulldoze them and laid it all on the field.

He’s a great player for sure. Accounts for about a quarter of our offense to date. I’m fine either way but I think we’ll see him Saturday.
You can't calculate that. Teams overload to defend him which weakens them against the others. Half may be a very good estimate. That said if he's dinged and only 80%, that's still a hell of a load to defend. As always he will get a lot of attention. Our corners are good enough to play man and our safeties are good at defending the running game.

Well sure. I mean I guess you could say he’s 95% of our offense by those standards and what teams do defensively to stop us. But by looking at his yards and scoring, he’s accounted for about 25% of our offense.

He’s obviously a huge part of what we do. And I already think this game is a slugfest. I just don’t see it as an automatic loss Saturday if he doesn’t play. But I’m assuming he’s playing.

Of course not and of course he will be playing. That's the way we want it. It's that position that you have a huge advantage.

I agree with you. But according to some over hear, who heard from reliable sources, he’ll be sitting out. I’d be shocked but I guess we’ll see Saturday.

If I was a gambling man ifanse in or out would drastically change my betting game.

Special teams could be a huge factor in this game. If Ifanse is out, the score could end up 3-0. Maybe 2-0 depending on the punting and which team gets a safety. I am kidding, but only somewhat. I predict the Griz win either way, but we shall see. Hope Ifanse is healthy and so are all the Griz players come game day. About time they got some guys back at 100%

I doubt it. Ifanse is more than half their offense.

I see Kem picked up on it.

ILoveKittens, Ifanse’s 1/4 of the yards outright is what allows the cats to gain anything through the air.

Saturday’s game illustrates that rather well. The entire MSU offense fell apart without him. Mellott was brought in because there was little passing threat without Ifanse’s running, and Tommy provided some yards on the ground too

LovesKittens, just to follow up, the game should be close and hard fought even without him in . Though like you I expect Ifanse to play.

In the playoffs Your team won’t get far without him. As I said your offense revolves around him.

Oh the Butt boy had his feelings hurt. How bout I show up and show you MrT. Shut the fuck up! You must be a cats fan in hiding… only to show your true colors after they win! Now be a good little cats fan and go suck your thumb in the corner. Bitch boy! Go back to your litter box board with your fake I am a Griz fan bullshit.

1. We already have a Mr T on this board. I know Mr T. Mr. T is a friend of mine. You, sir, are no Mr T.

2 Eastern? THAT’S the game you want to use as a comparison?? A team who’s offense is comparable to the cats’ in the same way apples are comparable to belly button lint? How about we use Portland state instead.

3. Learn to use the f###[#] quote feature. It’s really not that difficult. God, you guys sure got ripped off on that whole “stem education” shit msu sold you.

No disagreement there. It does like it did last season and again next season. I was just pointing out that if we’re going to just pluck numbers out of the air, we may as well say that’s he’s 90% of our offense. Or 97%. It doesn’t matter as it can’t be proven.

But yes, everything we do is reliant on establishing the run. That will be the same on Saturday.

That's human bias. More hope than reality. It's Griz Cat

I've got it on ironclad word that Infanse and Anderson are injured and not playing.

Also, the cats are doing ALL zoom practices this week.
