If not Sttit than who? (Stitt merge)

I think a lot of eGrizzers need to not post on eGriz for 24 hours after a loss to let their jets cool.
What do people expect? It's going to take a season before we start seeing positive results. Stitt will be fine.

Maybe the coach should have 24 hours to change the play call

No, they didn't play that great, they scored instantly after good field position and scored on a gift pick 6. Good is coming out and dominating on both sides of the ball with no room for interpretation.

Not sure what you mean. They went from 44-0 last week to 24 points this week. They took out our QB, made huge holes to run through, had a terrific RB, and a QB that knew what he was doing. Their secondary looked all-world at times and they capitalized on our mistakes. You win however you can.

Never? I think you're wrong. NDSU 2003... Pretty much all of our losses in 2010. There are probably more

I have to ask, how similar is Stitt's first season to Pflu's first season since we seem to be having similar results. Players getting injured, growing pains in adjusting to a new system, in the end Pflu's first year resulted in a loss to the Cats and an end to the playoff streak.

At least this time there won't be any streaks to end...

So I guess Holmes, critt, KVA, Kose, Schmaing,Gamboa, lebsock, Jones,Roberts, Harris, Whitted, Wilson are schmucks and next year they will be easily replaced. This team has a ton of seniors playing ahead of guys who will magically improve.....drink some more Kool aid. He has more talent now than he will next year. Better be ready for 3 years of mediocrity

Or longer. All Stitt has proven is that he is s bad gambler and this "innovative offense" is nothing more that a load of bs. Well marketed and tweeted bs.

Keep this up and he won't even be able to get Engineers to come and play

Well after Pflu's first year there was considerable concern over whether the team would get back into contention, especially after Chase, Stoll, Sev, and Houston graduated, along with an unproven QB in Jordan Johnson. The next year we were one game short of making the NC.

Obviously Stitt has a different hand and situation, but...We have been through this route before.

I have serious issues with the "he needs to get his players" as the team gets worse each week. So it appears he. Weds players that need no coaching at all.

Pflu ended the year 7-4, and is looking like a bloodyfvckung genius by comparison. The meat of the schedule awaits da Griz. Even ISU got their shit together this weekend in Grand Forks, 37-31. After the NDSU game, Griz have devolved to THIS?

Good post CC. I don't really get dupuyer's point. To come into Wa/Griz after getting pounded 44-0 and run the ball down the Griz D's throat is saying something..... Gotta give credit where credit is due...

That being said, it seems that a lot of the time, and not just this year, the team doesn't look like they show up intending to tear someone's throat out.
