Idaho

I think we’ve played Oregon more times than we’ve played Idaho in the last 15 years.
Correct. Oregon 2; Idaho 1
All-time: Oregon 9; Idaho 85

I always felt idawhooo was more of a BB rivalry than a FB rivalry.

And now, just saying that, I miss yelling at Don Monson.

Drove my lower teeth through my lower lip in first half at Idaho. Sewed it up at half time.Played 2nd half.. Bobby O,was a witness. Not tough, just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Go Griz..

Playing Montana is just about the only thing that I like about dropping down. I'm actually a Griz fan when you're not playing Idaho. When you play Idaho, you're the enemy...the enemy who was always fun to drink with back in the day.

Petrino looks like the Gerber baby 45 years on after a plethora of smashed Hope's and crushed dreams....🤣

Happened to me once at the Big Timber Rodeo....
Ouch! Had to be one of the "B's" -- bull or bronc ?

Nothing worse than a strained shoulder ... although cracked collarbone was in play at one point.

Interesting that both coaches are sons of Butte guys.

They both look like sons of Butt-Guys to me.

That is, they both looks like fellas that are known to frequent gay bathhouses.

Well, I guess we have no choice but to trust your expert opinion on the matter.
You're welcome. And if I ever need an expert on the ins and outs of making love to a barnyard animal without its owner catching me I'll hit yall up.

I know Idaho holds the overall series lead over the Griz. Makes you wonder how things would be if say Idaho BSU and Nevada had never left the BSC. Would the Griz program and facilities be what it is today? Certainly would have been much harder that’s for sure.

Typically during the 1970's & 1980's the Grizzlies might win about 1 out of 3 each year (Idaho, Boise & Nevada).

Those three leaving left an enormous void in the Big Sky. Essentially the University of Montana filled that void. :ugeek:

Sure but Boise and Idaho left in 96, after Super Dave lit em up. Point is we had our first best stretch 94-96 when they were still in the conference.

None of the three were in the BSC in 1996. Nevada left after '91 and Idaho and BSU after '95.
