At the last game against Idaho my wife and I were sitting across the aisle next to about forty very rowdy Idaho students. In the fourth quarter they learned they could destroy our aluminum seats. I immediately reported the first one to two ushers who said they couldn't do any anything about it. By the end of the game they had bent four or five rows of seats down to the concrete. How many thousands of dollars did that cost us? They are the "VANDALS" for good reason.

Ushers couldn't do anything? Maybe they could go tell someone else who could? Maybe you could have told someone else who could help? Seems there are tons of law enforcement types at Griz games.

So people sat around and watched Vandals vandalize the stadium to the tune of a few thousand dollars DURING a game?! 23,000 Griz fans couldn't stop 40 Idaho students?

It's an established fact that any 1 Vandal is worth more than 10 Griz. Consequently, that 40 vs. 23,000 estimate seems a bit off to me. Math isn't big at Montana is it?
