Happy for the win but not happy about our last offensive possession. Coming out of a timeout with a chance to win it with a bucket, we look confused, little movement, Malik Moore seemingly not aware of the shot clock, Pridgen out of his depth with a heave from three--giving Idaho not only a chance to tie but to win with a trey. You can't have that kind of a lackluster possession late in tight games--especially coming out of a timeout.
Also missed critical free throws down the stretch, including the front end of a one and one. Free throws are like vitamins, ya gotta have 'em but they have to go down the hatch.
This team can be as good as it wants to be. But it can't get arrogant. You can't play in spurts. Idaho's a sound team but Montana is the much more talented team. We should not have let them go on the run they did, from down 13 to up 9. We have to play complete games.
We do have a closer. Money can take over a game.
