Because I haven't seen one piece of evidence proving beyond reasonable doubt that a crime took place. Even the accuser's testimony seemed to suggest she wasn't sure.

And the "stream" of defense witnesses?? Didn't they call about half of what the prosecution did??

I know you WANT a hung jury (since it's clearly now the best you can hope for). If there is someone on the inside who will vote guilty no matter what, you'll be solid! That way, Gwen can write in every story she ever publishes, "Jordan Johnson, the alleged rapists whose trial ended in a hung jury...".

That certainly fits the "alcohol fueled rapist and thug" theory better than an acquittal.

Thats correct. The last bunch on both sides make little or no sense. Neither attorney is confident at this point. Stratford and Bell are two real good reasons.....
