How Far Do The Griz Fall?

;) Ok, so having more than 4 conference games gives you a spot 8-) we good then. Awesome thanks for input it helps calm my nerves "Hammer" :thumb: I think we just had a few mistakes and defense not wrapping up killed us. Oh well I predict we go through the season with no more losses and D plays perfect. Go Griz!!!

Dude, you can spin this any way you want, but at the end of the day MSU's three wins are against Monmouth, Colorado Mesa and UND. Montana's are against Appalachian State, UND and OKPSU.

ASU >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Monmouth.

Griz are ranked higher.

You aren't getting much love at the Any Given Saturday forum. After App state loss yesterday one guy says maybe top 20 and other guy replies not in top 25.

It isn't only me.

I don't think it will be quite as bad as the Bowl games where a .500 record gets you a bid to the Omaha Quiznos Radish Bowl, be interesting to see the matchups.

As Griz fans should understand from previous years, it's all about where you start in the polls at the beginning of the year. Cats will probably be ahead of the Griz in the polls on Monday partly due to where they started. You can try to compare schedules to this point all you want, it doesn't matter.
 
To be honest, where the Griz are in the polls at week 5 is pretty irrelevant. Where UM is eight weeks from now will be far more important. Meantime, each game matters between now and then, and the Griz had better come better prepared than they did yesterday if they hope to make it to the playoffs.

Yes I cheer on all three, I just hate to see homers that arent realistic. I will do the same with Sioux or Cat fans also. Unfortunately the Sioux really suck. Knowing they dont have a chance this year I hoped the Cats would win big like they did. I might be at the Cat Griz game, will cheer for the Cats, but don't care who wins.

I am just a football fan, live in Fargo, and can't stand Bison football fans. I have a benefit that you don't, I can watch the teams without rose colored glasses. We all have opinions, we all think we are right.

Looking at the polls both the coaches poll and TSN have the Cats rated above you. The Coaches poll at least makes a little more sense with NAU only one behind you. They should be a spot a head of you, with the teams you have played, and how they pasted the Griz.

Doesn't matter. I hope the Griz win this week, they need to, along with the Cats. I want them both in the playoffs. I will not be surprised if you both have two losses going into that game. That is my heart picking. My head says the Griz have three losses.

Quit getting upset, just my opinion.

I was surprised at how many people picked the Sioux over the Cats. After I picked the Sioux over the Griz, and watched that game I knew better. Still can't figure how they kept in the game with SDSU.

Carry on, you are all good guys, and are probably right more than me.

It should be noted that NAU's only other wins prior to the Griz were South Dakota and UC Davis, both of which only have one win to their record. Yes, the Griz being ranked #10 maybe a bit generous, but I don't think NAU has proven they should be ahead until they play a few more games.

So...do you know of any Fargo sports bars that show UND football games? Will be there on Nov. 2nd visiting North Dakota relatives.
