I went to the last resort, and I don't mean Lolo Hot Springs, to ask one of the rustics on Bobcatnation what they knew...with predictable results...

I'm sure PapaG was explaining to people over there how eGriz was down due to the massive NCAA violations, and the FBI had been brought in to seize the servers.
Nope, that was 2506. Lol

True story, live an work in San Diego. Walking along Seaport village TODAY @ 1205 local here, and I see a MONTANA Football hat on a patron at a local lunch eatery. I ask if he is a fan and his response was

"The EGRIZ SITE IS DOWN, I have had breakfast and lunch here waiting on the site to come back up"
I could only respond with, I too am a lost Montana Griz fan hang in there it will be back it has to come back!!!!!

Coach Green and Coach Legi are from San Diego County. The following recent recruits were from San Diego County:
J. Coogan 2012
J. Kose 2012
T. Van 2013

The word in "recruiting circles" is that Coach Green is hitting SD high schools hard for the next recruiting cycle. There is a nice little "pipeline" developing.

Chris, glad you got the site back up. I was on a few day hiatus myself to move to the Omaha area.

GRIZ NATION never surprises me. As I am house/apartment hunting here, I wear my GRIZ gear everywhere. Already got a few "Go GRIZ" comments. Even ran into a someone from Madison, WI today. He was sporting his Badger gear. I hear "Are you from Montana?" I told him I am. He told me how much Badger fans bragged about GRIZ fans, and what a great time they all had a few years ago in Albquerque for the NCAA tournament. He told me his 3 roommates and about 20 other Badger fans partied with GRIZ NATION the whole time in Albuquerque.

He said many Badger fans were pissed we got our asses kicked by Syracuse. Many drank shots to help GRIZ fans mourn during and after that game. He ended the conversation by telling me "For the GRIZ and Badgers to play in football, we have to move up to where we belong." (Yes that shot hurt me bad).

I love how many fan bases love the GRIZ, our fans, and our great state.

Great nugget rule---thanks for sharing and hope your Omaha move pans out and you get a Griz group going there!
