Woulda, shoulda, coulda. How did this Griz team get swept on its road trip to the two teams that didn't make the tourney? And lose another game to the 6th seed? Oh well: college hoops.

Can you name all the undefeated Colllege BB teams in any division?

I'm not criticizing the Griz; just scratching my head. I think this is the deepest and best Griz B-ball team I have seen since the days of Micheal Ray (though I unfortunately was living elsewhere when Krysko was playing here). It's so odd this team would have 3 of its 4 losses to the bottom teams in the league. Normally, I'd say that's attributable to them overlooking the "weak" competition, but from what I've heard, it doesn't sound like Krysko lets them do that.

I know the Griz lost at Portland State, but I think it may have been a product of overlooking them. Last night proves that theory. I see them going down to NAU and destroying teams and moving on to the Big Dance. After having to see outcomes on the internet last year due to a conflict somewhere in the world I am pleased to say that I only missed 2 home games this year and it was an absolute pleasure watching Kevin and Virgil play. I really wish Virgil had a better second half of the season. He did not play near as well as he did in nonconference play. But what more can you say about Kevin. He has been amazing after struggling through adversity. Unfortunately for him he was always the first scouted after his freshman year and it kept him from being higher up on the scoring list than he will end up. But nonetheless, he did the other things great which makes him a winner. Thanks Kevin, you will be missed. :crybaby: :thumb:
Virgil stepped up big and helped me back up my post last week. The only thing we did not do is destroy EWU. They came ready to play and presented a tough game. Hats off to EWU, I mean Stuckey. But when the season was on the line, the boys met the challenge and gave us the pleasure of watching them play in the Tourney of all Tourneys. Here's to you Griz!!! :drinking:
