Yes, for two reasons:

1) He looked just like him.

2) I’m cool with making jokes at the coaches. Not so much with the players. And yes, that includes Robby.

What’s your stance on your people using “dUMb” and “cUM” to denigrate the student body, alumni base and the academic institution?

You loaded the poll with rrslly good players, and Dowler and Jones. It's really not tough to pick Jonres or Dowler. Dowler does run well after the catch, and Jones can bust a move for a long run now and then, but neither of them are at the level of the players listed. I'll take Gillman and Davis over both of them every day of the week, and twice on Sundays-which is when Gillman will be playing next year.

And ESG GCG when they are playing other teams, at social events, etc...
I think it’s dumb and childish. dUMb is directed at the university, not individual athletes though. Still, I don’t care for it and don’t do it myself. It’s no different than the MSDUI you see here though.

But asking if an individual UM player needs to use your coacheS’ bail bondsman is totally cool, right?

So it’s not directed at athletes but at the university which is the sum of the institution, innocent student body and alumni. Do you all think UM is inferior because it doesn’t offer engineering? If that’s the case, then is it safe to say your students/athletes who aren’t pursuing an engineering degree dumb? Honestly, if we’re ranking schools solely on engineering, Tech is the best and most prominent engineering school in the state.

Just wanting to make sure which lines are ok to cross or which school is allowed a double standard.

You’re taking that out of context, but par for your course.

I said MSU has a good one if UM wants to borrow ours. Never mentioned the player at all. It was said as an obvious joke towards MSU, but I don’t think we need to go over it ad nauseam again, so we?

I think you know exactly what I mean and you’re being pedantic to be annoying.

Not at all, just seeking confirmation to use the term cuMSUcker when referring to your institution, student body and alumni….in no way would I be including student athletes.

Never mentioned a player? Huh. So when I mention two MSU coordinators who were given raises with DUI charges pending, I’m not mentioning the coordinators at all? It’s good to know when you run afoul of the standard you set for others it’s out of context. That’s actually genius.

Ive been waiting for Breslin to work his way up the depth chart. Do you think he'll get the nod over Coon next year?
Yes, but not as a knock on Coon. I've been a Coon's corner since his arrival. He's a blue collar workhorse and glad he's in Bozeman. Breslin has shown the best vision out of anyone in the room and has an impressive top end. He will break through this year.

What color is Breslin’s collar?

I didn't like the Garza hire from the beginning for this reason, and I always thought Housewright came across as highly immature and selfish. To the point where Vigen didn't trust him in interviews. I never defended either of those guys and hate they embarrassed the school.

Since the Kramer lawsuit, MSU has been full-stop conservative on HR. Frustratingly so, but that's not always a bad thing. dUMb can learn a few things on how to delicately manage the messaging and patiently achieving the desired outcome. MSU has put on a clinic on controlling the narrative during these challenges.

Glad those guys are gone and I'm thrilled about the success of Daly, who took full advantage of a field promotion during a Garza suspension. He's an elite defensive coordinator. Look for the Cats to field the #1 defense in the conference and one of the best statical defensives in the nation. And it won't even be the Cats best side of the ball. This place should be very afraid.
