Im not saying he doesnt work hard, but rather coming out of high school his work ethic was questionable. Dont jump on me, ITs not like I dont want him to do good....As far as im concerned, he is a Griz and that is all that matters

Work ethic? I don't think so. From what I hear, probably the hardest worker on that team. Maybe you're referring to high school?

As far as Tinks goes ... I would venture to say he (and everybody else on this team) worked harder under Larry. :twocents:
