wow, wow and wow! back half of a tough two game road trip, after an emotional game at montana state. college basketball on the road...never easy no matter where you're playing. no senior leadership--eight underclassmen. jamar and coleman come up big, gregory is clutch. without cherry, i didn't think we could sweep this road trip. i couldn't be more impressed with the character of this team.
They have heart, no doubt. And, I think they expect to win...but, this schedule is brutal for young college kids...UM should say no to trips across country for not much up side...the griz will have played four games in a week with three on the road. I think..ihe conference needs to revisit its scheduling...I think the Griz looked ragged because they are tired. Not sure what SUU's problems are...

Next year's schedule won't be quite as strange since there will not be a bracketbuster. Still with an odd number of teams, scheduling wil still be odd.

Schedule that we know of looks pretty good next year. @Hawaii, Host Davidson, and I hope a few other tough OOC games. I have a good feeling about next years schedule already .

I have never been prouder of MONTANA STATE!!! Go Purple!!

Hahahahahahahahahahaha! My wife and I were commenting on the "purple" jerseys, too. I suppose that makes Weber's jerseys blue?

Weber's jerseys look a bit blue because the quality of BSTV is not the best, but I am glad to be able to watch away games for free.

The addition of Idaho next year will fix much of the scheduling issues as the league will then have a balanced number. Looking forward to beating the Vandals some more, too bad they don't have enough sense to play football in the division they belong. They can't make it as an Independent.

Fifty eight seconds left, Griz make 10 free throws, 8 by Gregory. Gregory led the team with 7 rebounds.

I don't how these guys are making all these road trips. I had one road trip with my team over the weekend, left Friday afternoon and got back early Sunday morning, and I am still tired. I'm not 20 years old, but still, neither is Wayne Tinkle.

This really is something; a sophomore team, too many road trips, and they are still winning. I can't really find words to express my admiration for this team.

Thanks GB1. Can't believe I forgot about Idaho joining next year. Holy hell that's a big conference. I hope they go to divisions.

Tinkle is a GREAT coach. UM plays hard, fundamentally sound, and with great team chemistry. All those can be attributed to great coaching. Plus he's a really likable guy.

I wonder if UI president going to Texas Tech will have any impact on their plans for BB or football. he was a big supporter of FBS football.
