Damn, the Griz look good! (Of course, Hawaii isn't exactly a powerhouse.)

47-33 at the half, and we left about 5 points off the board, with missed FT's. Great ball, near perfect ball movement, and distribution tonight. Hawaii is struggling defensively with the GRIZ having so much versatility, inside, and outside.

Other than a 2 minute stretch, defense has been very good, and again getting a lot of hands on a lot of passes, and dribbles.

To note: (knock on wood) Officiating has been as good as it has been all year.
 
Perhaps the biggest difference between this and other great Griz teams is that this team plays with SO much confidence. They KNOW they belong with the best.
 
This is the kind of crowd the GRIZ deserve consistently. What a fun team to watch. What if the GRIZ had this kind of shooting with Qvale, last year?

I also am starting to like these young guys, commentating on bigskytv. They are so much better than last year. Still, not even close to Mick, but good job guys.

I mentioned that after the UNC game in my post game write up. Not only the starters, but every game, a Freshman steps up. Tonight, it is has been Deshields. We have also seen Henderson, Weisner, and Gregory do it in a game too.
 
Why does BSTV always reset the Timeouts left at halftime? Do they not realize you get 5 per game, not 5 per half??

The officials apparently decided they wanted a LOT of face time. Thought they called a decent game in the 1st half. Now if you look at a guy it's a foul
 
I like the way the Griz weathered that little mini-run by the Warriors. Foul situation is getting a bit scary, however.
