The officials had such little control of this game, I just wrote 80 percent of this game story about. And I'm not posting it until now because we didn't get out of the arena following post game until 10:30 because the game lasted so long and the ensuing cool down was so much longer.

I stand by this and many other tweets I made tonight.

These refs aren't bias. They are bad. The consortium was the worst thing that ever happened to the league. At least if there was Big Sky refs, they would know the league and the players. If a crew familiar with these teams would've worked this game, they would've known that Aiken and Pridgett have a fierce rivalry. They would've known Aiken is a loose cannon who is a really fine player unless he's not kept in control.
This game was not in control. More than the 56 fouls, it's the little things like not even picking up the F*** ball while it bounces along the baseline over the final 102 seconds, then when Aiken tries to touch it to getting the action going, calling a delay of game...twice. These guys tonight were a whole new level. Literally no control of the game for the last 30 minutes of action. Every key player in foul trouble, calling technicals on dunks by a freshman...
What great emotion and intensity and athleticism and talent...what a great show by the two coach, even if you hate Shantay Legans' antics...A battle of the two best teams in the Big Sky, a rematch of the last two title games...and all we can talk about is the refs. I need to go to bed.
