Surprised how many are going against Montana...

But you guys know your team better than I do. You guys expecting the defense to still be an issue this season?

Should be a close game but I think UM slips by Appalachian State.
This might answer your question, maybe:

App 38 Montana 28 first game as HC for Satterfield, team isn't going lose it for him, cant wait to see what his offense is going to look like, got a feeling he is going to throw a lot of new schemes at Montana that he didn't use last year, or hasn't shown to the public at this fall camp. Also new DC, going to be fun to see what he throws at the Griz, I don't know what the strategy is for Montana, but get the feeling Apps is wide open on both sides of the ball.

Let me try to help u understand last years game. Montana not having JJ as our Qb last year would have been as much of a game changer as AE not playing in our teams last meeting in the playoffs.

Hmmmm.........

To do it every game is the real test. There's going to be close games. I hope we can close them out when were up towards the end... Last year was a nightmare in terms of failing to hold a late game lead.

So I'm a nerd, and I'm sitting at my house drinking a rum and coke with some wings while re-watching the app game on my dvr. Every play I watch at least five times, and every time I focus on a different player. After 1 quarter, the player who was the biggest difference was biennaman ( don't know if the spelling is right). I noticed that after the first quarter he drew the double team almost the rest of he game because he was literally blowing up their o line!!! He is without doubt our difference maker on the line! I cannot wait to see tonga!!! His name even sounds intimidating.

Crittendon (47) also was a freak when he was in!

He was definitely a force! I think biennaman plays a similar role as Clay Matthews for my packers; He makes plays, while also drawing the kind of attention from the defense that allows others to make plays. Crittendons opportunities are sometimes a byproduct of biennamans beastliness!
