Griz/Viking thread.

57-25 at the half. We are 3-15 from the 3 pt line. They are 9-17 from three point line. We were outrebound 25 to 9. We are 50% from the free throw line, and they are 100%.

How a team can come out this flat on Senior night is beyond me. PSU is a very good team, but at this rate, they will beat us by 64 points! That is disgusting.
 
griz need to play a solid second half to realize they can play with anyone, so when they go to the tournament they will play better from the start. i think tinkle is more shook than the players with the coaching moves he's making. C'mon Griz!
 
from watching them thursday in bozeman i doubt a comback is possible. PSU is just a good team :twocents:
 
Griz men are done, put a fork in them. The whole Big Sky is awful, and whomever does win the tournament will get killed in the NCAA tournament.
 
:tounge: dah...forget my pregame optimism...I seemed to have forget this team is horrible at game begining...does rebounding, boxing out, & getting back quickly on defense seem like deep bball skills ..fairly simple and easly coached?,,,what the hell was this? Extremely disappointing and let's face it,,,UN-GRIZ like
 
nobody can guard him? he struggled at UP and in the WCC? Is the Sky that weak in defense,,,are the Griz guards that slow? I have watched him since high school and he is good,,,but you have to shadow him with someone with desire and good speed,,,you just don't let get the damn ball!

i have not watched him as much as you have but i have seen him hit some impossible shots (several 3ptrs with durham in his face)

He didn't get much playing time at UP. He was sitting behind a pretty good guard in Pooh Jeter...
 
all of which raises a question i meant to ask after thursday's game: what has happend to zach graves, the one guy our team who might stay with a dominquez?
 
81-38 with 11:40 to go. The griz are going to give up a hundred points tonight on senior night. I think PSU is the better team, but to have this kind of showing on senior night is unacceptable.
 
Being outrebounded 34 to 13 and PSU shooting 60% from both the field and the 3 point line. The basics to staying in a game is defense and rebounding and we are doing neither.
