Griz @SDSU Game Thread...

If Rorie can get it going even a little bit in the 2nd, and MO stays hot, this could have a happy ending. Anyone else starting to feel like Akoh's wrist/hand injury might be something we talk about all season?

I think espn+ uses the schools production, if I recall from football season. Good on SDSU for providing a nice production. I bet half the BSC schools would put out a production worthy of the Washington Middle School A/V club.

They are just taking the feed from Midco Sport Network which does the Dakotas and they do a nice job, if we were on ESPN+ they would just take the kinda lame feed UM puts on Pluto TV...but Ill take the free Pluto TV vs the stupid paid service Griz Football uses sometimes

Griz FG shooting not bad (44%), no so good on treys (35%). Jacks shooting better than that. Difference so far is in rebounds, where the Griz are doing pretty good (although they're starting to lose that edge). They really need to pick up their shooting.
 
6 fouls on the Griz in the first 5 1/2 mins. Pretty iffy call on Akoh there for his 4th foul. Oguine and Pridgett have 3 fouls a piece.

Hope this doesn't turn into one of those games where the opposing team lives at the FT line the last 10 mins of the game.

Haha yeah Bigsky is pretty technology challenged BUT I will say that Northern Arizona does a really nice job, they should just do all the Bigsky sports...they do a better job than local Montana CBS that does football
 
Pridgett giving some big time minutes, he has the best low post game on this team IMO, he is like Kareem Jamar light, has that nice power foward face up low post game
 
Akoh picks up 4th early, put that one on Montana's coach. Shouldn't have been in the game , time mgmt. Save him for later in game, you have a big enough lead when he got it
 
Is Kramer still trying to catch his breath from playing so much against Arizona? He played so well, by far his best showing of the year last game

Yeah a lot of our guys shoot line drives, I swear Rorie scrapes the front of the rim on every FT dont know how he makes as many as he does
 
That hurts Oguine picking up his 4th on an illegal screen (was a good call too). Akoh, Oguine and Pridgett all with 4 fouls now. Oguine has been awesome tonight need him back out there and not fouling out. Double bonus for SDSU the last 6+ minutes.
 
We aren't shooting the lights out or anything BUT wow is this team capable and good fun to watch when they just shoot competently. I think this is why people have been disappointed cause this type of play should be out baseline really, and if we play like this we are going to be in games even against the big boys
 
It'd be nice if they actually called a foul on Daum every once in a while instead of treating him like he's freakin Lebron out there. Letting him get away with a lot of shoving on rebounds.
