Here's the deal. I am in a foul mood. If you folks can't stop acting like little back-biting bitches I am going to start handing out time outs. Might be for a day a week or a month. Grow up. The enemy is wearing blue, not maroon.

Second half adjustments - I think some defense would be good.

Great idea!

Got a plan for that? I think FireGriz had some good ideas. We'll see what Baer does.

The GRIZ are lucky to only be down 17. The Scats have dominated the trenches. I don't get this GRIZ team. We absolutely owned Weber State. Yet, are getting owned by the Cats?

It's time for Bobby to throw some unexpected wrinkles at them with our D. Get rid of 1 safety, add in another DL. That might help defend the run. Force the Cats to beat us in the air. Granted, our Pass D struggles. I'd rather test their weakness on offense than continue to get owned by their run game.

I know Sneed is hurt! But, I really respect his play and his determination. I know this would be different if he were 100%.

Still, I have complete faith he will bring us back!

I agree...minor adjustments will not be sufficient. They are averaging over 7 yards a carry...

The cats are built for playoff football. Their lines are exceptional.

Their running game is elite, and their QB is good enough despite the shit we throw at him.

Wait. You mean a former Dline FBS coach knows how to build linemen? :D

A pick six to start the second half will help your mood... :)

I would be fine with forcing a punt.

So, second half adjustments:

Take one of the DBs out and get another linebacker or lineman in. The cats are blowing us off the line.

Samari Toure: where’s he at? Time to let the dude feast on this secondary

Lastly, we have got to find a way to force turnovers. Plural.

Exactly Their OL pushing our front 3 right back into our linebackers. Our front not able to contain them so our linebackers can fill for the tackle. Their OL is very very good,

I keep praying for a turnover but haven't gotten my wish yet.

Maybe they should have sat their punter as well as Anderson? Have contributed the same so far.

gap, there is so much movement they cannot over pursue. sure the cats are covering their blocks well, i get that. calhoun is getting beat almost every play, has made one nice play at the end of the half.
hope he or the griz can shore this up.

yep...their front seven are very good. It's gonna take a year or 2 more for the Griz to get to this level.

Griz skill positions mixed with cat linemen would produce a Natty...

How do you get two on consecutive plays & have only one blue jersey in the area and they wind up with it?

If I was them, I would go after Calhoun every single play. If he plays good, he gets flagged. If he's timid because of that, he gets owned.
