They have won 6 out of last 7 in PAC10

Mabey that was a better win then some thought?

Not suprised one bit. This is a very talented team that just needed to find their groove. It would have been obvious to anyone that watched them play.

Isnt it true that they have 4 NBA caliber players on their team?

That's a major stretch. Hernandez and Haryasz are the only potentials in my view. And they will be marginal at best. But they are still very solid and it was a GREAT win for the Griz. Remember that the Griz absolutely dominated them from start to finish.

Three quite possibley in Haryasz, Grunfeld and Hernandez.

The win won't help the Griz' RPI all that much. Its still just one win to add to the opponents column. Opponents opponents will improve with UW's 16-4 record though.

The best thing it does is keep pushing Stanford's RPI higher. A win over a top 50 team would be nice to have on the resume.

Did the game go into overtime? Last I saw UW was up by 3 with 2.1 seconds left. I guess i missed a great finish to regulation.

I was just at the Stanford game and those boys look like they're really playing as a team. They should be able to take the next three @ OSU, @ Oregon, and @ Cal. If Arizona loses to UCLA that would put them in sole posession of 2nd place in the Pac-10. Big for the Cardinal and Big for the Griz. Then they head up to Spokane for the College Gameday game against the Zags. Everytime they win it is helping the Griz RPI, doesn't really matter though since the BSC is a one bid league. We have to keep playing well and win the conference tournament. Our RPI would only come into play if we lost in the conference tourney and are looking to get an NIT bid, but that's not going to happen. Go Cardinal! Go Griz!
