I thought about both Scrafford and Proctor. But I believe Scrafford played more than 20 years ago, and Proctor only started because another dude was injured. You can hardly call him a starting NFL guard.
Hell, if we are going to talk about the past 50 years, let's include Tufulli Uperesa, Guy Bingham (who started many Years),Terry Flowers, Dave Urie, and Steve Okinowski.
My point still stands. If a 300+ lb. O-lineman is also quick, and can get low enough to run block, he will be playing on a FBS team. The FCS teams get the behemoths who can not move very well, but are huge. Most FCS teams have a couple of these guys playing now.
