Griz- NFL Hopefuls

Harris- It will depend on his Pro-Day numbers. He is taller than most D-ends, so strength will be key for him. I don't think he will get drafted (maybe late round) but he will get a NDFA look.

White- Should go to CFL. He might get a NDFA look as well, but will be really hard for him to make it in NFL with his speed.

Always root for any player from MSU or UM to make it in the NFL.
 
If Malik Flowers and Sammy Akem couldn't land in the NFL nobody from this year's team can. We just don't have the talent anymore on the offensive side. The CFL is the only hope for some of our Griz players.

If I was you, I’d claim Dissley also as a hometown kid. I know it’s against the rules but I wouldn’t care😁.

It's too late for next season.

If we had a competent AD he would have hired Vigen away from State and got a coach that's builds and improves instead of a proven status quo guy like Hauck. He hasn't improved Montanas program in version 1 or 2

Okay, I will use your "logic". If McConnell, Cook and Toure can make it, every Griz could do it.

Currently. At the start of the season it was 4-1 scats active but like SAC said, Okada has gone to the practice squad. Anderson and Singleton were starters but injuries have derailed their seasons. Hardy and O’Connell are 3rd stringers. Toure at least has about 20 games under his belt but Cook still has yet to make a 53 mad roster I believe.

I’m assuming your asking about why cats say gris. It’s because a gris tennis player spelt griz with an “s” in the snow on a court.

Any status on McCutcheon, Kidd, Kasis? Pretty sure Kasis is done but Lance and Lewis were bouncing around

Kasis hasn’t played since 2 brief stints on Seattle’s practice squad in ‘22.

Kidd was on the colts practice squad last year and was signed to San Fran for August of this year but then released before week 1.

Lance McCutcheon has bounced quite a bit. He was on the Rams roster all of ‘22 but did not catch a pass. In ‘23 he was cut at the final roster. He was then signed to Houston’s practice squad until Oct. he was then released and signed to the Jets practice squad for the rest of the season, getting released before the start of the ‘24 season. In Oct he joined Dylan Cook on Pittsburgh’s practice squad but was released about a month later.

McCutcheon had a great preseason one year. He seems like a great kid. Hope he gets another shot.
