Most kids aren't fans of coaches that are hard on them. When I was in college, there were players that weren't big fans of BH, but when they talk now they talk about how deeply the discipline was instilled in them, and how that has helped them in life. I was on the field after a game last year, and saw a backup that never played that was in the dorm down the hall from me giving him a big hug. I absolutely hated one of my high school basketball coaches, I think he probably taught you English if he hadn't retired yet, and I still thank him for being as hard on me as he was. He taught me things that nobody else would, because they were uncomfortable.
This is for "fans," man. I know you come here wanting to demand everyone be rational to your liking and agree with your points, but sometimes part of being a fan is just being a fan and rooting for the kids. No need to yuck on other folks' yum.
My only point is that I talked to you when you first joined the board under the previous name, and we get along just fine. You would feel the same with 99% of Griz fans. Come tailgate with me sometime, and you will see that Griz fans in real life are nothing like the way people bicker on here.
You have too much to be enjoying in life to be angry on here, and I genuinely mean that. eGriz can make people really pissy, I know it does me at times, and you have every opportunity to put that aside and go enjoy girls and sports and all the fun in the world while you are hitting the prime of your life. My only advice is don't become like the retirees on here that have spent some much of their life here bitching about the Griz and the Griz coaches that it has become a part of their personality and an integral part of their day. It isn't fun in the long run.
