Griz- NFL Hopefuls

Let’s be honest. We had one of the worst defenses in the big sky. There are guys with his size and way faster and quicker at almost every FBS football program in the country. Granted, maybe he’ll fall into a great situation. The rose colored glass people on the egriz are out of touch with the level of athletes outside of Missoula. I remember two years ago people saying that Ford was gonna get drafted. Ford wasn’t even the best corner at U of M. And how about people saying that TM is going to get the chance to play safety in the NFL? It’s nuts.
No the point is you made up shit because that is what you do. I hope he gets a chance. We all realize how tough it is to make it in NFL but just putting yourself in a position to get a shot is huge. Especially before he got to UM he never saw the field. How about Dylan Cook? He never played offensive line before getting to UM and now he has played in NFL. Keelan White has a chance to make it in Canada playing. There are some fair criticisms of this staff over the years but then there is just the shear moronic stuff that comes from a few people on here. You bitch and whine and lie so much you can't be take seriously on anything.

Right. Just like when he had insider info that Gillman and a bunch of o-linemen were going to jump in the portal. This "Negative Nancy Crew" that has a handful of guys on eGriz must just all talk amongst themselves and spread the same false rumors, then they believe them and spread them here like they are smart insiders. Yet they never seem to be accurate in their "information".....

It must be really sad to spend your retirement hating a coach and a program so much that you spend day after day repeating spiteful lies on a message board, but I guess retirement is what you make of it.
Gillman and several lineman won’t be here next year.

Still plays. OL for the Steelers. His story really is a remarkable one and so awesome for a Montana kid.

Lol, so you are doubling down on thinking they want to wait till spring and make a move after all the other good positions at other universities have been filled?

Gillman will be here, and that is according to him and his family. If any linemen leave, it will be backups who were told during winter or spring that they should look for an opportunity elsewhere. That is how this works in the modern era of the transfer portal.

Perhaps you could take up shuffleboard or pickle ball to give you something healthy and constructive to do with your time? Your doctor will be happy you brought down your blood pressure by staying off of the internet.

Hope this helps.

It seems douching on all things Griz makes him pretty happy. At least I hope so cus he’s living a pretty sad life here on eGriz if I’m wrong.

the best thing about this thread: learning that "douching on" is a thing and a very applicable phrase.
the worst thing about this thread: i've lived my whole life without once using the phrase "douching on."

tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life. i shan't "douche on" opportunities like this any longer.

This has got to be a joke of a thread. Who the hell on this team has a legitimate chance to get on an NFL roster.

Carpe Douchem? Good motto for some folks here.

You're letting eGriz make you way too angry about the Griz. You're friends with guys on the team. No need to sit here and bash their friends and teammates.

It’s not bashing their teammates. It’s more about the fans/coaches. The fans thinking they have NFL talent shows how naive they are. Even most of my friends on the team aren’t the biggest fans of the coaches.

Most kids aren't fans of coaches that are hard on them. When I was in college, there were players that weren't big fans of BH, but when they talk now they talk about how deeply the discipline was instilled in them, and how that has helped them in life. I was on the field after a game last year, and saw a backup that never played that was in the dorm down the hall from me giving him a big hug. I absolutely hated one of my high school basketball coaches, I think he probably taught you English if he hadn't retired yet, and I still thank him for being as hard on me as he was. He taught me things that nobody else would, because they were uncomfortable.

This is for "fans," man. I know you come here wanting to demand everyone be rational to your liking and agree with your points, but sometimes part of being a fan is just being a fan and rooting for the kids. No need to yuck on other folks' yum.

My only point is that I talked to you when you first joined the board under the previous name, and we get along just fine. You would feel the same with 99% of Griz fans. Come tailgate with me sometime, and you will see that Griz fans in real life are nothing like the way people bicker on here.

You have too much to be enjoying in life to be angry on here, and I genuinely mean that. eGriz can make people really pissy, I know it does me at times, and you have every opportunity to put that aside and go enjoy girls and sports and all the fun in the world while you are hitting the prime of your life. My only advice is don't become like the retirees on here that have spent some much of their life here bitching about the Griz and the Griz coaches that it has become a part of their personality and an integral part of their day. It isn't fun in the long run.

My only advice to egret posters is to not become like you and spend time giving life advice on a message board requested by less than 100 people. I hope when Fife is a supervisor someday, he realizes he can't tell one of his employees to F-Off and still have his job.

No way, I distinctly remember you telling me months ago it was someone different!

Don't gaslight me, bro! lmao 😂
You must be thinking of @alabamagrizzly, he is far more likely to gaslight you than I am. Kidding!

I genuinely don't remember that, all I remember is trying to tell a couple of people that he was really who he said he was. But if I somehow was wrong and did that, I apologize now!
