It sucks seeing Marcus Colbert playing for the Cats. Seen that kid play many times at the GRIZ cage camps.

Whats his story? Where from and stuff? I have taken notice, but dont know the story. Did Huse and Tinks battle for him?

Just a couple of things about the game:

Can Coleman finally get the start over Hutch? I know that we probably won't win the tip to start the game, but damn does Hutch really mess up at times.

I hope Gregory recovers from his sprain, but honestly it does not look good right now...

I'm a student, and I stood and cheered the whole game (I haven't done as good a job in the past), but was pretty disappointed in most of my fellow students who refused to stand at all.

I know the half time show doesn't matter too much, but those jump ropers were the best half-time show we've had all season.

KENA!!!! u know i like you and hate to disagree but u said "ward has been flat out awful inside his whole career" dude come on! He was bad down low and missed a million bunnies his soph year...but he is solid down there and make some pretty damn tough bunnies, as he did tonight on a few occasions...dude battles!

maybe you just cant see it all the way from BIG 12 country lol :thumb:

Dude, i was so pissed off during the half time show! i sit in the 211 (if u face the court where u sit, directly to the left) I almost lost it when the crowd seemed louder during the half time show than the game. I was seriously pissed! wish the ticket people would ask if your loud, or u just sit there....so they could put all the loud people in one section and we could feed off eachother haha...we need to come up with something..FUCK

Would be nice to have all the loud people in one section. I'm working on getting people to the Weber game. I've actually got one friend coming now who has never been to a UM football game. Couldn't get him to cheer the first couple games but now I've got him standing and screaming his lungs out the whole game :thumb:

Though I do have to say those male jump ropers were damn impressive, but I agree we should be louder for our team than the half-time show.

It was also pretty funny because number 13 on Idaho State(the 7'4" guy, Kusmieruk I believe) kept looking over at us because we were being loud, so we said waved and yelled "Hello Sir" at him. Then he gave us a dirty look. That really made my night.

HELL YA! good win that even BV would be pumped about :shock: :clap: ....and i agree, he plays down low out of necessity its not his strong point so i for sure agree with you there...and i was talking earlier about how pure his jumper was...its a thing of beauty. How bout spencer with the 2 handed baseline flush! then next play...steal, fast break FLUSH! not sure ive ever seen back to back flushes by the same man in that building before! Nah, I was in a white shirt, I think that was my friend who I got to start cheering the last few games.

Also, I don't like to rag the officials too much, but Coleman was fouled in the second half while shooting, bucket goes in, and the officials wave it off. This makes no sense, if it was a shooting foul then the basket should have counted, not waved off, and I know we weren't in the bonus at that point. That was really the only WTF moment by the officials tonight.

+1 on Coleman. He's really made some great strides this year and is finally looking comfortable in his role these last few games. I would like to see him starting but he is also a great 6th man and may actually be better in that role. I don't see him starting this Saturday mainly because of the matchup with Tresnak. I think out of Weber's first 10 points Tresnak will have 6 to 8 of them. I think Tresnak is going to get his points so it's going to be important to try and limit what Berry and Bamforth do. Oh, and hope they miss their FTs.
