Maybe the Johnson family could wait until near the end of the statute of limitations to file civil charges. The accuser is a pharmacy student and if/when she graduates she should have a good income to garnish. Even if she does not go into her field the court could impute income.
but then I think JJ is damn glad it's over and doesn't want to have anything to do with the accuser the rest of his life.
