We lived there for two years in the 60’s. It was a great city then!

Hopefully those dopey people will stay out of our region. I'm finding to many of these types of knuckheads on our rivers.

 Couldn’t agree more!

There are those that are inquisitive, open-minded and travel for adventure. However, there are others that are close minded and afraid of anything different. They vacation in Malta (Montana) and always order the hamburger.

Uh, everything in his post? But what would I know? I only live here.

Dovetailing with Ursa's post above, sometimes, people live in places where everyone is very similar or even the same in some regards. Those people often see videos or reports of people acting a certain way in City X, so they assume that everyone in City X must be that way. I experience it sometimes with my family. Some of them think everyone who lives where I live is a Crip, a Blood, MS-13, or a communist. They have trouble wrapping their heads around the fact that in a large city (or state), there are all kinds of people.

The Hutterites have colonies in SoCal?

Probably. No idea. I don't really know everything that goes on with all ~23 million people who live in the region.

Remember that time they attacked the Capital Building? Should have pulled a Gran Torino and stacked them up like sand bags.

So you would have us believe that everything is cool in Seattle?

Yes I would. Does Seattle have problems? Of course. What place/town/city/state/country doesn’t? That said, I’ll take Seattle’s problems over those in 99.95% of the world, including many places in Montana.

Look, if you dislike a place because of the political viewpoints of .001% of a populace, the issue is with you, not the location.

I don't believe you. I haven't been there in years, but I saw on the news that all 4 million people in the metro area run around burning down buildings all day and want to abolish the police because they're still angry at mom and dad. I would imagine the once sleepy community of Laurelhurst has been overrun with homeless rioters throwing feces at children riding their bikes.

Dammit. You’ve outlined the issues perfectly, CDA. We can’t hide any longer.

I’m thinking about moving to Miles City or Glendive or Big Timber and starting a radical leftist gang. Does anybody know the median starting salary for radical leftist gangs in those communities?

It makes a $5 or $10 difference per year, depending on which you choose. You need to be more specific. Personal hygiene items are not included in any of the above salaries. :P

I actually dislike the place because of the political viewpoints of about 80% of the populace. Does that make a difference?
