A long, long ways from the destination you predicted with hyperbole and superlatives just a year ago. One of the interesting things about egriz is how posters like you are so consistently wrong on your understanding of sports and this team. And the more you are wrong, the more bluster you post about it. One of the sporting aspects is simply reposting baloney you've posted in the past.

TG gets along great with others, both players, other coaches, boosters and fans. Virtually everyone he ever coached with liked and likes him. Your "could not get along with others" is complete BS. Just because Stitt wanted his own AD, his relationship with TG apparently wasn't great, and some friction apparently developed at the season went on, doesn't mean TG doesn't get along with people. He does. His friends, most of his fellow coaches, and most supporters who got to know him love him. He is probably my wife's favorite coach that she got to know at UM.

You can paint this however you want PR. I don't really care. He was a Griz coach. He is no longer. He is now a Cat. Blame Stitt if it makes you feel better. He obviously did not impress him enough to keep his job. TG's tweet demonstrates his maturity, judgement and demeanor. I am glad your wife liked him and that you did for that matter. I like rooting for the Griz and I don't live in the past. I look to to the future and JS is in charge of the D now. Everyone seems to forget that TG had a learning curve. I suspect JS is learning as he goes. Probably like previous Griz coaches. Crazy concept and spoiled fans just want to bitch.

I am not trying to paint this anyway--just pointing out your LIES. I have not blamed Stitt for anything, other than he shouldn't have been dissing TG after he left. Didn't look good, and irked a lot of TG's friends, many of whom a big UM boosters. TG's tweet was a minor competitive thing. It had nothing to do with maturity. My view is that you must be an idiot for even suggesting that. I like Semore. I know him a heck of a lot better than you do.

To recap, stop telling complete lies about people, like TG. It makes you look like the idiot I think you are.

Civility is an elusive commodity. Sorry to see it disappear with the recent re-engagements. Admittedly, I''m not privy to why some posters were on sabbatical. But I do know that electroconvulsive therapy's 80-90% success rate is achieved only if followed by adherence to a proper medication schedule. Non-compliance is a big problem for those patients with extreme and/or exaggerated beliefs of self worth: those that think they can never be wrong and think they know what's best not just for themselves, but for everyone on any subject.

Oh well, once I hit 1000 posts I think I might go into semi retirement and only drop in once and a while to see what this nuthouse is up to.

The last 3-4 pages are full of nothing but trolls sniping at each other. All of you need a time out....and this board would be much better for it.

Stop the drama, respect each other, have a tolerance for each other and realize that those of you throwing shade at each other, are just as bad. At least 75 tried in the beginning to stay on topic, and about 5 of you turned this into a shit show.
