I believe so, but signing a LOI is not legally binding, and kids can pull it at any time and go somewhere else.
There is even a special exemption for transfers when their coach leaves.

Not that it matters, but with the coaching change, I am sure they all can move freely.

Did not think about that, I'm not sure we'd have him back, we signed another QB after he decommited.
I think his only option for either Montana school would be as a walkon, so he may just take the money and remain at Sac for at least his first year.

It doesn't matter if he chose Sac St because I doubt he will still go now that the HC is leaving for Colorado. Haha
He will probably follow Marion to Colorado. He was getting recruited by Florida St and some other big schools. Colorado would probably be excited to have him. Dude can play.

Letter of Intent is not a thing anymore. They are now contracts.
Why are they referred to as contracts when they are non binding agreements in the new era?
