would’ve done better this year.

You have absolutely no way to prove this as true. It is nothing more than conjecture on your part.

Digger, how would the o-line have been better under Stitt? Would they even has moved Sirmon to o-line?

How would the safeties have gotten better under Stitt. Hauck brought in 3.

Would Stitt have moved Calhoun to corner?

Would Stitt have caused Calhoun not to get in trouble?

Would Stitt have started using the 3 good TE's the Griz are using?

Would the DC have been better than Baer?

He loves Stitt....no way he would have done better. Same as Stitt always did and will do, 6-5 to 7-4, but never better.

Maybe it's just me, but 7-4 looks pretty damn fine right about now.

Still possible with three weak teams left, but who knows. Building for future no doubt, but continual 6-5, 7-4 is not what anyone wanted or wants....

You've got that right! The things I didn't like about the Stitt era were excuses. "We're too young" "We're a year away" Fuck that shit. That's what I like about Bobby. No excuses.

Right from the first day one man stood alone. And somehow he missed what didn't exist how could he have known? Win, or lose, don't make a damned excuse.

You have absolutely no way to prove I’m wrong, and it’s just conjecture on your part.

I do know some of our key players would not have left. And I do know “his team” was starting to come together this year.

I keep hearing “we’re building for the future”. Honest question: What gives anyone that impression? I’d we’re building, shouldn’t the team be improving as the season moves along? These guys aren’t new to Hauck’s system. We’re in week 8. And we’re regressing.

Really, you don't.

Really I do. It was his recruits that were mostly going to start this year. Sorry, but that’s his players coming together. You should give up. You suck at what you do, and look foolish trying.

Technically every team in America is building for the future. 😂

I heard Jody Sears players were coming together at Sacramento State too. I mean, they are his recruits and they are all starting...gotta be good...right? Dumbass.

I wouldn’t give you that much credit. Lacking in simple reading comprehension. Don’t worry, you have company here.

To play devil's advocate, I still believe that if Stitt had agreed to replace his defensive coordinator during his final meeting with Haslam, he would still be here. Then, we might know the answer to those questions.
The main point still remains true. Stitt was given time to develop his plan, before the decision was made that his plan wasn't working. We have to let Hauck develop his.

But it’s exactly where I suspected we would be this year.

With all the talk about our O-line and how Stitt left the cupboard bare, I'll just post this to show how great classes don't always pan out... obviously.

I don’t care about wins and losses, as long as we have toughness and swagger. #RTD

That's exactly right. Even a casual observer would note that this staff has instilled a sense of toughness and swagger that was missing with the former staff. The anti-Bobby crowd will try to say Stitt never gave up 46 unanswered points, but they conveniently forget that Bobby did it with swagger and attitude whereas Stitt would've done it with meekness and insecurity. People forget that.

Listen up, Cat fan, you can laugh all you want. At this point last year, we were 5-3 with a loss to #7 Washington. This year, sure, we're 4-4 right now, but the losses have come with a much different attitude. We lost to Washington 63-7 last year. Name one game Bobby has lost that badly. You can't. The haters will point to the fact that we lost to UND 41-14 when we beat them 41-17 last year, or that we have an easier schedule this year, or that we were at least in every game last year (save for UW). What they fail to realize is the fact that Bobby's team didn't lose any games 63-7 to #7 UW. We've had quality losses to WIU, a sneaky good PSU team, powerhouse UND, and upstart UC Davis. 4-4 at this point isn't too bad. Like a lot of posters have said, after seeing the product on the field, but definitely not last spring, this is exactly where we expected to be right now. Some fans need to realize that this is a process, and now that we know we aren't a playoff team, we didn't expect to make it anyway.

 Well we’d kill for 7-4 right about now. This is the earliest a Griz team has been eliminated from playoff consideration/possibility since the early 90’s (outside of Delaney’s first year, of which I’ll give a pass given the circumstances). This coaching staff was in place. It had a full off season. A full spring ball camp. A full fall camp. And THIS is what we’re dealt?

But if a couple of balls bouce the other way, we wouldn't have gotten blown the fuck out by UND and we wouldn't have given up 46 unanswered points to UCD. Then, we'd be looking at 6-2 and everyone would be super excited about the RTD. Bobby and Co. are just victims of bad luck this year.
