But what about Bobby Hauck? He was also sitting courtside. My wife, who was sitting right behind him, said there was a parade of people visiting him. Like a receiving line. For a celebrity. She called Bobby "Mr. Missoula".
Bodnar and Hauck are bringing a lot of excitement to Missoula and Griz Nation.
And the team marches on.
Yo PlayerRep:
So happy that you, your wife, Bodnar, Bobby Hauck and all the other johnny-come-latelys are enjoying the party. Please know that I, grizzlyjournal, grizrule, PeauxRouge, Zirg, griz71, Mavman, flatheadgriz406, Everett, Mouse, '68griz, AzDoc, LAgriz, NorthEndZoneDan, JaredKuehn, cmtgrizzly, grizband, AzGrizfan, AWF, Idagriz01, grizband and others who've been here from the beginning will be lining the parade route, tossing doubloons and rice as your police-escorted cavalcade rolls toward Yankee--oops, sorry--Dahlberg Arena.
Been going since 1974, even have a seat from the old zoo days, guess us old guys just fade away. I never want to say anything bad here for if I get to heaven I get to do want Mike does.
That's awesome. So what's with Citay leaving you off his list?
That's right; fanofzoo should have been on that list. I'm sure I missed others.
Neither time nor distance nor bragaddocio crankbutts will ever separate me from my love of the Griz. Yes, distance prevents me from attending games at Dahlberg, where I could be witness to the glorious fawning obeisance herein described, but I have been to several post-season games, as well as attending many Griz games in the Bay Area--San Jose State, Sac State, Cal, Stanford, USF--and earlier this month, Portland State.
My reference was to those who have consistently posted on this board the past several years, who despite the heartbreaks and failures to get to the Big Dance, have revealed themselves to be true Griz basketball fans, not grandstanders who come in to partake of and brag through the good times.
You say I'm jealous. No, I live by one eternal truth: The wise man is the humble man. I just question your wisdom, that's all.
