I have to try to remind myself of this. However, I'd be a lot more chill if it was against a quality opponent.

Not ESPN. All of their breaks have sound. They’re not engineering any part of the game, just taking the feed straight from SWX.

It's not ESPN. They just host the streams that are sent to them. You can tell the problem is with the in-stadium SWX crew because only the sound for the game and their local commercials is missing. ESPN's commercials all have sound.

I figured that too when I noticed ESPN national ads had sound but local ones didn't. Thanks for reaching out to SWX to let them know. By association can still blame ESPN+ team for not double checking the feed before you know, going live. Most blame SWX but still can place some blame on ESPN... kind of makes ESPN+ look bad.

I’d agree with this, but SDSU’s line played well week one. And as this is the absolute biggest question mark, and they are playing a terrible team, I would argue that the line is still not that good.

Need some work, ground game and O line need to improve if they want to contend!! First game I know, hope it gets better!!

I agree and am not surprised. We’ve talked it to death all summer. We have not recruited well at the position…..I’m not sure how we’re going to get better there without starting to land some of the recruits we continually miss on. . The question I have, is why aren’t we landing any of the recruits we go after? Looking at the lines of both SDSU and NDSU, which is what we should aspire to replicate, we just aren’t there, and aren’t even close. The rest of the team is legit, save that one glaring weakness.

Wow you guys are not very patient! Johnson looks good the o-line is playing its first game together and some off you are panicking.
Rb's will get more work in the second half we will see how it goes. 26-0 at half time against anyone is pretty good.

I second this. Gotta recruit better lineman prospects out of both Montana, and NDSU, SDSU's own backyard, the Midwest

OL looks okay right now but of course room for improvement, and I'm sure will mesh better throughout the year. I think the bigger concern is lack of OL depth/size this year in case of injury bugs. knock on wood .
