Wow...just wow. If it really hurt her kid's feelings (which I'm guessing it didn't as much as the mom thought it did) she should just take him off the football team. Better yet, take him out of school because the chances of him not always getting a perfect score are pretty high. In fact, he is bound to face failure sometime in his life so might as well send Vernon Adams over to their place to put him out of his misery. :twisted:
In all seriousness, as a player, I was more pissed off when an opposing team did the kneel-downs than run an actual play. A loss was a loss but I liked fighting until the end and hated having that taken from me early.
The funny thing about this is that the parent is saying because the outcome was humiliating then it was bullying. So, is the parent a bully for creating national awareness of the beatdown through the media? Plus, she just gave her teenaged son the image of a mama's boy that always needs protecting. Now that's humiliating!
