Fire Stitt or Haslam or both?

His hire to start the softball program from scratch looks like a good one...

Also, anyone who doesn't think Decuire was a great hire should hand in their fan card right now. Seriously...

Haslam should be rated on the overall performance of UM athletics not just football. If many other sports teams are struggling, then maybe a move should be made.

Well....men's basketball has started 0-4 women's lost today and barely beat 2 NAIA schools, but his gamble on Stitt is all his baby

Ursus, if the Lady Griz go .500 this year Shannon Schweyen should be the national coach of the year. The team's two best players are lost for the year with ACLs. They traveled to the recent tournament with one junior, 4 sophs, and 6 freshmen (freshwomen?). I get your point about Haslam, but be careful you don't paint with too broad a brush.

Fire Stitt give bobby whatever he wants so we can just win week in and week out. Love or hate him all he did was win!!!!!

Yes, the softball coach looks good. DeCuire was a good hire but fell into his lap. Everyone in Griz nation would have hired DeCuire. How about the cross country and golf coaches, in addition to the volleyball coach? The authorization and student fee increase for the softball program was done before Haslam arrive (O'Day, I think). Not aware of any major donors for softball funding but don't know. Sprunk was also in works and on board before Haslam was AD. I like Haslam, but, to be fair, he deserves credit only on certain of the things some are attributing to him.

We will eventually lose Haslam as our AD. But it won't be because he's fired. It'll be because he's snatched up by a P5 conference program.

Can't imagine Haslam goes from UM to be AD at a P5. Even the NDSU AD who oversaw NDSU's success didn't do that. He went as an assistant AD.

Really? Huh. Well, it's certainly happened before for UM ADs.

And Haslam deserves every bit of the credit he is getting.
