This OL has been a major problem for a long time...

True, but BG is completely useless running a sneak.

I think you CAN coach fire. As a matter of fact, I think that's one of the most important aspects of being a coach. Watching the Bobcats play yesterday for their 4th win of the season is a great example. Most people wouldn't have blamed the Cats for throwing in the towel, but they fought when the Griz didn't. That comes from coaching, not individual players personalities.PDXGrizzly said:This line was from the previous coaching group and was very fire-less. You can't coach fire. Germer gets 1 more year like Stitt. Time to rub some anger on this and build an O-Line with a serious chip on their shoulder. It's clear that nobody in the conference or FCS has even a modicum of respect for the current O-Line.

Absolutely. What we have currently is the Griz version of Rob Ash.Jaredkuehn said:I think you CAN coach fire. As a matter of fact, I think that's one of the most important aspects of being a coach. You are right, Germer is dealing with the empty cupboard that Gragg left behindCV Griz Fan said:PDXGrizzly said:This line was from the previous coaching group and was very fire-less. I think the recruited OL players coming up are a step up in talent. Germer will be fine....
