It's obvious he sucks too and couldnt turn the O line around in two years.

As long as we are posting that everyone should be fired regardless of the talent level they had to work with, Germer is tops on my list.

Actually... no. The whole problem with this season is on Bonnicksen. Quality control - that was the problem. We're missing all the f$&king 6sigma and lean stuff. And it showed.

Shit. Lack of statistical process control ALWAYS comes back to bite you!

This line was from the previous coaching group and was very fire-less. You can't coach fire. Germer gets 1 more year like Stitt. Time to rub some anger on this and build an O-Line with a serious chip on their shoulder. It's clear that nobody in the conference or FCS has even a modicum of respect for the current O-Line.

Not really sure any oline coach can do well with this offense....ROP option puts linemen in sort of a no man's land. Was easier to block this style before the point of emphasis by officials now to call the illegal man down field. The lack of formations is also putting them in a terrible disadvantage, defense knows the formation coming so very little chance of defensive confusion. Watch any NFL game and pay attention to the formations. This makes defense need to prepare (or try) for many variations and that pays off game day. This offense is a joke. Choate new what was coming....and they shut it down. Success with this offense came against crappy teams (and NDSU last year when they hadn't seen it so all was new.....second time around they might as well of had the playbook (

Was there any doubt that on 4th and inches at the goal line that the Griz would be denied (lose ground) on a QB sneak?

This OL has been a major problem for a long time...

True, but BG is completely useless running a sneak.

That was painful. Looked as if Brady tripped and then fell, very slowly, to the side...away from the goal line.

I think you CAN coach fire. As a matter of fact, I think that's one of the most important aspects of being a coach. Watching the Bobcats play yesterday for their 4th win of the season is a great example. Most people wouldn't have blamed the Cats for throwing in the towel, but they fought when the Griz didn't. That comes from coaching, not individual players personalities.

I agree...MSU have multiple coaches on the sideline that fire guys up including the head coach. Choate brought TG from box to sideline last week to help fire up guys....it worked.

Absolutely. What we have currently is the Griz version of Rob Ash.

I think the recruited OL players coming up are a step up in talent. Germer will be fine....

You are right, Germer is dealing with the empty cupboard that Gragg left behind

If I was on the last year of my contract and needed a to change things up, I'd start at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball. If you don't control the line, you lose. The Griz got pushed around a lot this year on offense and defense. Those position coaches should be nervous.
