Final score?

What was the final score for the Griz today? I didn't get to listen to most of the second half, but it sounds like maybe that was a good thing based on the last posts in the thread by those who followed the game's progress.

That's unbelievable. ISU must have shot lights out. Almost 60 for the half.
They hit a lot of 3's, but after about 5 minutes into the 2nd 1/2 basically the griz were not allowed to play defense, so they just gave the ball inside to slim to slam with nobody within 5 feet of him. Pretty easy to shoot well with a wide open slam.

I've been watching GRIZ hoops since Krysko played. Unless my memory fails me, that was the worst half I have ever seen the GRIZ play. :crybaby: That said, I though Krysko's attitude in the post-mortem interview was suprisingly positive and resolute. It sure will help if the cats lose tonight. I don't want to play them when they are on a roll.

The cats are up by 10 at the half. Hopefully, they will have 2nd half success similar to what the GRIZ suffered through this road trip. (Where is the vomiting emoticon when you really need it?)

Millien scores 25, Baumgartner scores 22 while on the Griz side Strait and Hasquest are the only two in double digits at 16 & 11.

Griz shoot 31.7% for the game (19.4% in the 2nd)
ISU shoots 55.8% for the game

Griz had 27 fouls, ISU 24 the ONLY Griz player without a foul tonight was Spurgetis, probably on mop-up duty by then.

Here's the best stat of the night;

Griz go 4-22 from the 3 point line.

I told you guys Weber was better than their record. On the road in the BSC, there are no easy games, never has been, never will be.

I'm afraid so. (see Remax's vomiting emoticon) On the bright side, the cats pissed away a 10 point halftime lead (sound familiar) and lost to Weber. The battle for 2nd place in the Big Sky takes place next Saturday in Missoula.

Only 25% of their posts are bitching about the refs, lmfao. That is what they get for pointing at us! :laugh:
