before some of you tools jump on me and and post that I am saying something that I am not, I will say that the polls dont have much value right now and I am not really convinced that MSU is a #2 team yet.
A lot of East Coast voters typically dont know much about the western conferences, but in the last 2 years 3 of the 4 teams in the NC game and both champions have come out of the west. They also typicality give the top teams out of the BSC and the MVC a high (top 5-7) rank. MSU had a decent showing in the playoffs last year and has a lot returning, a win over SFA which has some legitimate talent leads the easterners to believe that MSU is the top of the BSC and therefore deserving of a high ranking.
Yes MSU has some issues but they have made good progress each game and have done what is needed to win, they look to be a very resilient team even without some of their impact players, yes they still need to get by a few good teams and will need more improvement to do that.
If I was you guys I would be concerning myself more with what will happen when NAU stuffs Dan Moore since he seems to be the only bright spot in your offense right now.

MSU has won 2, yes I repeat 2 FUCKING playoff games in 28 years. Last one being a NAIL biter last year. The 5 others they participated in they lost BIG.
