This further cements "The we have no respect for our opponent mantra I kept hearing on the tv last night..."

Great win for the UofM, but I am not entirely sure this is any bigger than Stanford or the Nevada win in recent memory. That UCLA team isn't what Howland had three or four years ago. UCLA is a paper tiger this year and will struggle in a pathetically weak PAC 10 this year. I can see why from the quotes in article that this team is incredibly immature. Moreover that is one weak defensive team. Howlands UCLA teams have been great defensively, but this one isn't a good one for sure.

We won on the road, at UCLA and come the BSC season this win will help us. Not because we won in a hostile environment, but we beat a team that is VASTLY superior to just about every BSC opponent.

Pretty funny that they use travel as an excuse for UCLA's lackluster effort. I'm pretty sure they're the ones sleeping in their own beds and UM is living out of a suitcase right now.

I think our sense of urgency is going to be a little bit more,” Lee said “We can’t take no team lightly I guess now. Our first three losses were really good teams. I’m not saying nothing against Montana, but now we can’t take no team lightly. That’s embedded in our minds

Perhaps Lee shouldn't take English class so lightly either.... Just sayin'....

As for the excuses, UCLA got worked by Montana. They can come up with all the excuses they wish, but the bottom line is that Montana was just better. Much better, in fact. After watching that game, I think UM would win 7 out of 10 matches with the Bruins. Excuse that, UCLA.
