How about I gloat if he goes 1 or 2 and is a bust or if he goes late has a good career, you gloat if he isn't a bust at 1 or 2?SoldierGriz said:getgrizzy said:No way. The Rams will take Goff. Cleveland might take Wentz, but the best thing for everyone is to let him go to a team that has a good QB so he doesn't have to start right away.
Virtual hand-shake friendly bet on this? I bet he goes 1 or 2. You bet he goes lower. Winner gets to gloat?
I'll do it for fun. Not sure how we will define "bust." If he plays in the league for 8 or more years, and starts the majority of games in those years, is he a bust? Does he have to earn league MVP and win a couple of super bowls not to be a bust?
I'll be he plays 8 or more years, starts 80 or more games, and wins more games than he loses at the end. To me, that is not a bust.
Funny that those who say bust really have nothing behind why they think he will be. Is it just jealousy because it isn't a Griz QB in this position? What doesn't Wentz have that causes someone to say bust.
Height, weight, athletic ability, arm strength, intelligence, character, winning QB, and played in a pro style system. He has everything you are looking for in a QB. I watched every senior bowl practice. He dominated the competition there. There is a reason why a team potentially just traded up to grab him.
