egriz as a political force?

Next closest thing to a native, thanks to a dad who knew Nebraska was a lousy place for a kid to learn flyfishing... ;)

Nice thought, but not realistic, IMO. E-Griz was galvanized by the PW NYT article just before the JJ trial. The norm is hundreds of opinions about everything, and nobody really agreeing on anything. I'm just guessing, but it seemed like about 8:1 against PW, on one issue. Christ, I even voted for PW years ago! A political force, I think not. Nice thought, though. :thumb:
Totally correct. There are opinions across the board on every issue on egriz. The Williams debacle was the only one with a strong majority. When Gwen has made reference to eGriz she has definitely stereotyped the site. Another case of selective journalism. If she had spent some time on her she would hear opinions from far right to far left and crazy Bobcat crap, which is undefinable. So as a political force we agree to disagree.

I remember having to chose to vote for Williams or Marlene. I should have brought a bottle of Jack into the booth. Talk about a choice betweeen two lessers.
