EASTSIDE CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL BOWL GAME

I know our recruiting department is all over those kids, keeping them thinking Maroon and Silver. Man, I hope those guys stick. New lockers and weight room, number one fans in the FCS, new coach with an exciting scheme. Let's get some of this beef to Montana!!! GO GRIZ
 
I know EC was up against a lot of speed in Trinity, but EC's QB did not look very good, even if he is a Wyoming commit. He missed a lot of wide open receivers. I'll take Willy Pflug over him gladly. WP is a better runner, to boot.

Barr (sp?) for Trinity is a great athlete, but a complete showboat. Bush league.

The Eastside Qb cost them the game he missed no less than 5 wide open receivers and 3 would have been TD's.

Agreed...seemed to be a bit frazzled...I didn't watch the 4th quarter, but he missed at least 3 in the first three quarters.
 
I didn't watch this game, but I am really puzzled to hear that Harley (the EC QB) didn't play well. I've seen him against O'Dea and Bellevue, and he was a complete standout. Played like a sure-fire FBS QB. So this bad news is a head-scratcher...
