Depth chart going into spring

I think DOLA is coming in 2014. You've got the coach that had it on his watch. You've got a lot of seasoned lineman that are ready to bring it. Easier blocking schemes will help too.

And McKauley Todd, right?

We going back in time? I thought it was 2015 now?

YOU PEOPLE don't think I know the speed times of our RBs before I post who has break-away speed or not? HAHA WOW. :butt:

Like I already posted, (AFTER HAVING RESEARCHED SPRINT TIMES), Jeremy Calhoun is the fastest sprinter of the RBs :!: DUH

Favors times are mediocre, definitely not break away speed. I bet not even top 10 on the team.

His bio at Hudl lists him with 4.4 40. If I remember right, other recruiting sites had him listed at 4.45. Either way, 4.4 to 4.5 speed is good. Also, I remember from his highlights him breaking away frequently. Maybe he maintains speed well in pads, or the competition in his highlights as a whole are not very fast. Unfortunately, HUDL removes the highlights apparently after a player is done with HS. Here is the you tube search results. I have not looked through all the videos, and won't. From what I did see though, he does seem to keep good speed while making his cuts.

HUDL is self-reported. He could have said 4.3 if wanted.

Breakaway speed isn't necessary when all the would be tacklers are pancaked to the turf - bring back DOLA!
I'm fairly new to egriz and I've been wondering...what does DOLA stand for?

D. O. L. A. Fill in the blank.

Up to you.

In this first illustration, we have to do HS Sophomore times, because Favors and Nguyen don't have JR or SR times. There are no times for Lorenzo Logwood.

#1 Jeremy Calhoun

100 Meters
11.49aw
11.38a
11.38a

11.54a

#2 Treshawn Favors:

100 Meters
11.50a
11.73a
11.73a
11.69a
11.75a

#3 Johnny Nguyen

100 Meters
12.94c
13.20a
13.32a

============================================================================

HS JR times: (Again, none for Favors and Nguyen, or Logwood)

#1 Jeremy Calhoun

100 Meters
11.36aw
11.47a
11.08aw

===========================================================================

HS SR times: (Again, none for Favors and Nguyen, or Logwood)

Jeremy Calhoun still has his SR year to compete.

Joey Counts

100 Meters
11.63a
11.67a
11.66a

As much as I love Alpha, I'm leaning towards the latter

The Calhouns' track speeds are "good", but not breakaway. Would like to know Favors' to compare.

An 11.08 (Junior time for RB Jeremy Calhoun) breaks away from an 11.58 (Junior time for SS Josh Sandry).

Favors' time compares more slowly (than Calhoun).

Jeremy Calhoun talks about his break away speed...in this short video clip.

I really think Todd has DOLA and he will have a break out year in 2015. His HS highlight films showed him pancaking dozens of big D lineman. He has the size and is a nasty som bitch.

Love Alpha, hmmm. Sell crazy someplace else, we're all stocked up around here.

After seeing Sandry in action, I was very skeptical in him getting a scholarship. Great all around HS player, but as a FCS safety recruit I am not sold.

We're you thinking QB? Always room for one more.

I was thinking shades of Colt myself.

Definitely not QB. Hopefully I am wrong but doubting worth scholarship at this point. Maybe will surprise me

Disagree. Saw him play at Ronan last year and he definitely is a D1 player. Think he could compete for a starting spot at safety next year.
