Delaney & Kicking off Both Halves

Delaney's error didn't cost us the ballgame. Bellicheat's did. Ergo, Bellicheat's error was more egregious.

but the thing is, it wasn't an error. maybe poor strategy. certainly strategy I wouldn't consider if I had tom brady. but as some have pointed out, it's something he has done before and won; and something that other teams have done even this year and also won. in this case there was some confusion about what direction to defend, and ultimately it didn't work so people will run with it.

By using that definition -- that the decision was strategy -- Delaney's decision to kick both halves was also not an error. There was definitely a rationale (strategy) to his decision.

By my view, they were both errors, whether strategy was involved or not.

Frankly, I think bellicheat was trying to buy some time while some poor schmuck leaked some air out of the balls for Shady Brady.
